how often should you inject sust to keep blood levels even?

on my first cycle i injected 250 every 4 days.

i am in my second cycle of 500/wk.

My first cycle was sust 500 for 10 weeks. I shot every monday and every thursday so 2x/week.

You could go eod with sust and be good. However like SF said it is probably best to go e3d whether it be mon/thur or tues/fri.

DO NOT SHOOT ACCORDING TO THE DAY OF THE WEEK. SHOOT EVERY SO MANY DAYS. About 200 times I've posted this. You need to help your body out in dealing with the steroids you're taking. So you don't want to have your blood levels going up and down like a roller coaster.
Shoot it every 4 days.

I am shooting sust at 700mg every 7 days, because of the 4 different long and short lasting esters in sustanon. I changed from doing 250mg / e3d to 700mg/e7d after Makaveli adviced me to do so. No regrets..

I believe everything that you're saying however, the every three/four day thing is kind of a pain in the ass. Plus, with long-acting stuff like sust, test-e, deca, etc. where the levels build over a period of weeks, does it really make that much of a difference?? I've read a lot on this matter and most of the evidence presented has been anecdotal at best.

Just as ULTER said make sure its done ever so many days. I actually posted the same post a month ago. Actually the first cycle i did i only injected once a week and had no idea about fast acting esters and half life. I could have got so much more had I known then what I know now.. Peace, Drols
