yo, ive been lifting since around february. everytime i lift, i change which exercises i do from the week before to 1) for the hell of it and 2) to not get bored. is this good if i wanna gain muscle mass? or should i stick with one routine for 2 weeks? 3 weeks? 4 weeks? on a side note, i usually lift for a month and take a week off. thanks
