How often should i be eating???

Every 3-4 hours Bro. :) :)

Six small meals a day at intervals of 3 hours is the answer.
Two simple facts of physiology will explain why: (1) It takes about three hours to digest each meal, and
(2) protein (amino acids) lasts
about three hours in the bloodstream.

Also frequent meals keeps the metabolism regulated. This works with 5 meals as well.

If you sleep eight hours per night, that leaves 16
waking hours in the day. Six meals over 16 hours equals one meal every 2.7 hours. If your goal is five meals, then your target is one meal every 3.2 hours. Average it up for simplicity, and that’s where the guideline of one meal every three hours comes from.

If I were trying to bulk up, I would eat a MINIMUM of 6 meals (not necessarly small), I would probably try to eat 8 meals minimum. I would also drop the thermogenics..
 
agreed. if it"s a true bulker you should walk around feeling stuffed all day.eating every 2hrs like clock work. that"s what works for me.
 
dude if i have to go 2 hours without eating im a grumpy s.o.b. and im not on anything, you should be eating as much as you can, all day long, just make sure you eat cleannnnn
 
With that much test and deca you have to eat a crap load of food...just remember protein and clean carbs...if you get hungry, you waited to long!
