Bro eat a lot and often. I've suffered this week, I have only ate twice a day for the past 4 days and its shown in the gym. My strength has plateaued instead of going up. But i'm back on track now.
Eat every 2.5-3.5 hours apart, if you can, set your alarm for 3a.m. and have a protein shake...now we're talking.
