How often do you strike a pose between sets?

Yeah in the mirrors foo!

I do em about ten times...keeps my cheeks pumped!!!

Once in a while if I'm feeling jacked up. I'm big enough I can get away with this without looking like a complete idiot, hopefully. Most of the time it's not really a pose, but I'll twist around to check out my back, or flex my tricep to check the horseshoe or something like that.

I love to just drop the drawers and pose like a true bodybuilder, I let out this amazing niose, like EWWWWWWWW. Everybody looks at me and says WOW. I'm like an amazing 187 so you know that my posing resembles Arnold's at the 74 olympia.
I had to stop though, my hernia couldn't take all the EWWWWWWWWing.

Never.

I tend to laugh at people who do that stuff. It looks silly.

Everyone I've ever seen pose between sets don't look like they have 13 inch biceps, never do legs and wouldn't know their traps from a mouse trap.

The massive guys at my gym never strike poses.

i like to take it one step further and pose during the set. like i'm being photographed for the cover of flex magazine with the intense look on my face and teeth gnashed together.

I pose quite often. Not the bodybuilding poses, but the sly "dont you wish you looked like this" poses that the teenagers and twinks in the gym look at out of the corner of their eyes.

Sometimes I train back in a wife beater just to use the attention as inspiration.

NVR.......I THINK THAT IS GAY WHEN PEOPLE ARE POSING IN THE MIRRORS.

Just standing still is the equivalent of a pose for me. ph3@r me.

I never post outright per se, because it's kind of ebarrassing since nobody else in the gym does it. Instead, I go over into the corner of the gym where nobody else is and look at my chest pump or whatever.

Of course, it might just be because I train at a YMCA...

I am constantly flexing and push pulling my muscles that I am working between sets. I don't sit there and stare in the mirror but the constant flexing and push pulling brings out the striations in the muscles better and helps in exhausting them.

Actually if you plan to comptete then posing frequently will help to avoid shaking on stage when you flex. You will always get points deducted for shaking.

i have a problem with this...im always flexing and stuff...checking out my butt...god one time i hit on myself, but alas when i got home and dialed the number it was busy...i tried to call for a week busy everytime then i figured it out.

There's a commercial for packaged fresh/frozen chicken..... bunch of people working out in a gym stop in amazement as a chicken walks by. chicken stops, sticks its butt in front of the mirror, flexes and says "buckawww" and check out its firm thighs. Another chicken with a towel clucks admiringly.
That's what I'd think of if I posed at the gym. At home though.... "who's the fairest of them all" :D

i usually wait untill im in the lockeroom :)

and besides, i thought all those big american gyms had their own posing rooms
