How often do you stretch?

And when? I realized that I haven't made the time after my workouts because the gym doesn't really have a stretching area and I go before work so I feel pressed for time. I now do a small warmup and stretch after I get home from work.

i try to stretch at least 7+ times a week. mostly my legs get all the attention, as they are tight compared to my arms and torso. i warm up and stretch lightly before a workout, and then stretch deeply after the workout to cool down and relax the muscles. i stretch before any sort of gymnastics as well, 2 nights a week.

after work would be an excellent time to stretch if you cannot stretch directly after a workout. since it is later in the day, your muscles are more pliable as well. it would make a very good way to relax after work, too.

before and after every workout. Especially legs. Used to be a martial arts instructor and highly flexible, however in recent years the old muscles have grown a little tight.

I now stretch ever day. I remembered that my calves were better when I stretched them in the morning and the evening. I need to get back into that habit.

Not as often as I should, which is true for most everybody (though the ppl who posted in this thread sound pretty good)

I stretch about 2 times a day, in 20 minute sessions. I pay close attention to my legs, especially my hamstrings. I usually stretch after I do some sort of light leg exercise. (like jogging) my arms i just kinda make it up as i go, maybe shoulders in the morning and the rest in the evening.

I also often don't have time to stretch after the workout but if I have the time I make sure to stretch. In any case I stretch in between exercises. Before starting on a muscle group and after finishing one especially, and also a bit in between sets to kill the time... Usually this is enough so that I don't even need to stretch after workout.
