I used to only drink like once or twice a year, for the past couple years, what with trying to develop the physique I want. Lately though, I've been drinking maybe two weekends a month or so and it doesn't hinder my progress any really. Also, I am a quiet person and without booze I'm very introverted when I go out and most people end up thinking I don't like them or don't want to be there so it is in my best interest to drink usually.

The last time I seriously drank was like last year on a vacation to St.Lucia, had to stay with a rich friend there because that place was quite bling bling. Had $100 per night open bar for a couple weeks, so my entire table of german, english and sweedish brolly’s / brolletes systematically ordered a round of every drink on the menu and over a couple hours had like 25-30 different drinks, then blended what was left to make a zombies. Fun fun.
I did drink about once a week, sometimes once every 2 weeks.. but now, i will not for the effects both towards weightloss and muscle gain.. only thing I have had recently was ONE shot of 100 proof firewater..
i have certaily consumed my fair share of alcohol in my days of partying but in the last couple years I have certainly slowed down considerably. Now I do like to have a beer or two on occassion at dinner or just hanging out with friends, and I will occassionally drink more than that - probably 2 in the last 6 months I"ve been intoxicated, but, I have found that in training I get my best results whenever I don't drink and I get tons of sleep and eat shit loads of good food.
i'm in college, so the rule here is that you should basically always be drunk. last year i took it easy and only drank wednesday-saturday. now i've chilled out a lot, only drink on fridays. but lately i've been getting WAY too messed up on fridays, to the point where i dont remember stupid shit that i did, so i'm thinking i'm going to quit altogether. that may be hard though
Well lets see, I drink water pretty much all day. Protien shakes, I drink those too. If Lil K is real wet, I kinda drink her as well... Oh, you were talking about alcohol....
For the last 6 months or so, it's been 2 times a month. It used to be alot more. NowI just get the nastiest hangovers that I can't handle anymore than twice a month. I went out friday and ran into a friend who hadn't missed a day in th last 33 days or so. I couldn't even imagine what that hangover's gonna feel like.
Once every 3-4 months, I have realised I enjoy not drinkning a lot more, although getting a lil drunk can be fun here and there. I will never drink while on though.
