how often can you inject into the same muscle?

I try not to inject the same muscle more than once every 2 weeks, but just wondering if other people think you need to wait longer. Also, I'm curious how people who have been injecting for years manage to find new injection sites, and whether they have trouble with scar tissue.

2 inj. per week times 14 weeks. You can imagine why peoples butts get pretty fricken sore.

Usually not more than 2, but I know a few times I've stuck the glute 3 times in a wk.

i rotate injections like i researched, but i find (or used to find) the delts the easiest, up until rescently. now i find it harder to get the needle in and it feels more uncomfortable than it used to. does this sound strange. considering that ive only hit both delts about 4 times each..

I inject into my shoulders all the time - when I shoot eod, I rotate sides but I can inject 3x/wk....
