ive eaten tuna for a while, and got kind of sick of it, but my girlfriend brought over a bag of that new starkist tuna that comes vaccuum sealed or whatever. tasted real good.
Almost any kind of fish is good for you, shark and cod and halibut are really good for your body and mind I tend to eat one chicken one meat(beef or pork) and one fish once a day at each of my big meals!
I eat 2 cans a day. Never tried fresh tuna, maybe I should give it a try. Grilled sounds good. I do love my salmon, but I usually only have that once a week.
I bought one of those food savers to vacuum seal my chicken and fresh haddock...I try to rotate my meals because I also get sick of too much of one thing.
You guys have to have a variety of things.... any one source of a particular food namely fish, no matter how much you like it now , eaten everyday day in and day out will surely make you hate it!!!!!
Move things around and don't stick with just one kind of what ever...
tuna - Tuesday steak fish - Thursday striper(rockfish) - Saturday
Try different ways of preparing it!
I wouldn't want to see the day where I hated my most favorite dish
