It's all about finding a dose that makes you grow. I don't take big doses just for the sake of it or because with all the ug labs it's cheap to. I up my dose according to my goals and if I'm not responding anymore to a certain dose. Usually I'll up it anywhere from 100-300mgs per cycle if the last dose didn't produce what I wanted. I depend more on upping my calories than anything.
Gear is dirt cheap. I can brew at 10ml vial of Test Cyp for less than a pack of generic cigs. I could easily run 2g+ a week but it would be pointless. The amount should be set on how your body responds and what your goals are.
if you not use before you can use less, body does not need much, as other say must find the proper dose that works for your individual body. increase by say 25mg -50 (less for women obviously) from start dose if not getting results.
