I gained 6kg while on cycle, now I’m day 3 in PCT, I’ve upped my cals and protein compared to what I was on cycle , I have lost 0.5kg so far. What weight should I be aiming to lose during PCT to keep the muscle I gained and obviously not gain a load of fat. I thought something like overall weight loss during PCT 2kg?
If your interested in how I’m training I’ve upped the weights and lowered the volume focusing on compounds. And does my PCT suck? Just read the sticky and I think that may be the case.
Clomid day 1 - 300mg, day 2-11 100mg, day 12-21 50mg

I also have this stuff called "Post Cycle Support" not been using it yet though.
And I'd just like to say I'm glad to be a part of this forum as a lot of the threads I have read there seems to be a lot of knowledagble people on this forum
