How much water when on AS?

Some one recently told me that to stop my face from holding water I need to drink more of it.

How much per day should someone drink while on AS?

Does it depend on bodyweight? I am 190lbs

2 gallons a day when on, 1.5 when off

i'd say a gallon min, but the more you drink the better. seems backward but the more you drink the less you bloat.

Drink 2 gallons a day means you'll be spending most your time in the bathroom.

Drink water around the clock, but especially like every 2-5 minutes at the gym. It should total up to a gallon for your weight, i think.

Water is the best diretic there is. You should also be drinking alot of water to clean your liver while on AS. I drink a gallon a day, and have some trouble doing that. My hat's off to those 2 gallon a day guys. Just carry around a gallon jug where ever you go.

Guys, I have never takin AS before, but about to start a cycle. I already drink a minimum of 2 gallons, most of th e time 2.5- 3....I'm a freaking camel, I drink like 24/7. One day, I had nothing to do, and I wanted to see how much I actually drink. And I had a 1 gallon jug done before 1030 am. Man, when i get on this shit, im gonna be outta control!!!!Uh Oh.. DUN DUN DUN.....= ) Oh well, ready fo some size...
