100% fruit juice has been a favorite of mine for some time for the carbs, nutrients, bioflavanoids... Coconut milk is starting to be my new favorite due to the many health benefits of coconuts. I generally dont use water since "pure" water should have no nutrition
I just put in enough to make a thick paste and I spread it on the floor. When I get out of the shower I roll around in the protein paste. There's not really a purpose but it's fun.
