Hi I'm ending an anavar 8 week cycle, and I would like to know what is the recommended time to wait between cycles and if there is anything in particular one should do (diet, training, rest) to keep gains in the meantime?
Diet, training and rest are the most important things. If you can improve them while you are off you never should have been on.
BTW. With guys the safe bet is "time on equals time off"
