how much time to recover between cycles?

what do you beleive is the right time to wait between cycles? should it go by blood levels or do you feel the body needs a certain time off. i know it would be acording to does and drug.
what about running sust at 250 every 3rd day, and also 250 every 3rd day with 150 deca?
 
timeon = time off. I personally like doing strength programs while "off" like a 5x5 to gain strength natty, then pack on the size with a more bb style routine while on the sauce
Same mate i like to use Jim Wendler's 5/3/1 program when i come off cycle because it makes sure i don't overtrain and it focuses on keeping/gaining strength, but doesnt lack a bit of a bodybuilding approach with the assistance exercises etc. Covers most grounds. But main thing of course EAT like crazy after cycle

I like this post.

This is where a lot of people screw.
You need to train and eat like your ON cycle all the time and dont slack off until you feel your overtraining, gaining too much fat and etc. Then you make MINOR changes

Precisely, plus i feel like i'm "ON" cycle even when i'm not when i train and eat just hard or harder. Makes the time fly till the next cycle :D and i still gain even post cycle. But don't get me wrong people need to remember that over training OFF CYCLE is alot easier, and will hinder gains alot so i prefer to use a 3-4 split MAX not a 5 day split, basically i leave a one day gap inbetween training sessions all the time. This has worked great for me so far and same with a few of my buddies who hit the gym hard and juice aswell.
