How much time should you spend stretching after your workout?

my warmup, including stretching and all my warmup sets, takes around 20 minutes
 
stretching is one of those things that is a subject of debate in bodybuilding. If your not carefull, you could do more harm than good. Arnold used to stretch in between sets. His theory however, was to stretch just enough to allow more bloodflow to the muscle. I never stretch after a workout, it is dangerous. During has worked well for me and provides just enough to avoid any type of cramping or discomfort.
