How much time off

I know the rule of thumb is equal on for equal off, But what would you call the Minimum time off. I did a Prop/Winny Cutting Cycle with Clen and finished and did 3 weeks of clomid treatment. Been off clomid for 1 week today, How soon can I start my Winter Mass cycle? Should I wait 8 weeks after clomid finished, or can I start sooner?

The minumum time off is 4 weeks from the last steroid injection.

Although I would strongy recommend about 12-16 weeks. This is mainly to prevent you from getting hooked on using gear to shape your physical self-image.

Exactly, that's why I think it's really important to put in your time naturally before trying gear at all, keeps your perspective "real"

time off=muscle lost! JK, i guess i agree with 2thick for the most part, but i myself stay on something pretty much year round, usually bridging between different drugs and so forth. But yeh, at least 4 weeks and make sure your nuts are back online also

If your bloodwork comes back OK and your boys are working again fully then restart again after 4 weeks.

p.s. I can relate to the psychological dependency on steroids. Even though people say I look the same post-cycle I feel so much less attractive when I am not on AS. AS is definitely a psychological crutch and can be addictive.

stay off long as possible and you will have much better gains when you go back on. personally i do 2 cycles a year........and it works great for me. best of luck to you bro.
