How much time do you spend on EF each day

When im at work I am on here for about 8 hours.On days off Im usually on for about 2 hours.

Depending on my workload, anywhere from 2 to 3 hours on and off.
I Keep the site open all day and check up on things every 30 Min or so unless I'm into a heavy thread...

oh, i hate austria sooooo much, seriously,.....

there isn't even one fuckin' gym in my town!!!!!

and it was an odyssey to find a powerrack,....
