How much test is enough?

Hello All,

Off juice, but only a matter of time before I return. I'm off for reasons I'll explain another time, but right now I have a healthy supply of Sustanon and Test E in my fridge waiting to be used. I'm hoping to run D-Bol for the first 4 weeks along with test. Also have a mighty supply of Deca in that fridge too. Anyhow, my question is this: How much Test is enough? Is it sufficient to run 500mg of Sustanon and keep the Test E for my next cycle, or can I use some of that as well?

Actually there is no enough? I mean it depends on your weight, how long have you been training and have you been using test before, etc

Usually for a beginner 500mg test enthate/week is enough and 250mg sustanon is enough too.

But as you do more cycles and get beginner you sure need more doses, than normal.

Also some bodies dont respond to 500mg/week, they higher it to 1gram which for sure is for experienced person who can manage any side effects which occurs.

Anyways u can still take sustanon with test, where u take 250/mg of sustanon and 500mg of test enthate per week. of course u should load with dbol and sustanon as they r fast acting then combine test enthate with them

500mgew of sus will do you fine. Have you had your blood work checked? Aswell, what is your entire cycle going to be? What's your PCT look like?

Yes, I know it doesn't need to be in a fridge! Well, my cycle will look like this
"wk 1 - 4" Test 500mg, 8 D-Bol Tablets ed.
"Week 5 - 12" Test 500mg.

Time off = Time off, so 1 month after cycle I will take1 clomid table per day for 2 months. A bit of a rest, then Bang - lets do it again!! A few people I know used Deca for cutting at the end of the year and we're particularly impressed, but I'll worry about that nect year. One question "What would you recommend to reduce Bloat and the likelihood of Bitch-Tits. I know Nolva is good, but in what dose to keep the dreaded Gyno and bloat away?"

For keeping bloat and gyno away, adex at .5mg/ed would do fine for 500mg/week test. Assuming you aren't too big and respond normally to test, 500/week of sust or enth is fine. Personally I like a little bit more, around 7-800mg/week, but that's just me.
