Basketball season started last week, and put my weight training on hold. The season lasts until late Feb, lots of heavy cardio.
I only expect to be doing some upper body maintenance stuff about once a week and no lower body/back stuff because I dont wanna burn myself out.
Keep in mind that I just turned 18, Im 6'5" 230.
