honestly, red meat is not good when cutting-also, london broil requires a lot of cooking skill

um, care to elaborate? do you ever elaborate? not a flame but it seems like your answers are very brief and don't seem to explain why.

So you found some huh? Excellent. I wouldn't go more than three servings per week, but they usually come pretty big so that should be about right.

I remember a thread a while back where I and a few others posted some LB recipes. It's not really all that hard to prepare. You just have to make sure you don't overcook it or it will be extremely tough. Anyway, do a search for london broil. If you can find that thread, there's at least three recipes on it.

thanks gymtime~ yea I asked the guy at meijers if they sold it and he showed me what they "call" london broil, its just one huge piece of steak.

anyway Im a pretty good cook to begin with so I went ahead and cooked it up with a few seasoning and it was damn good, I dont know how im going to keep myself from eatting the rest of it.:D

You guys are missing out on the big picture - there can be no set (eat red meat 3.956847473 times per week) number. It all matters on how it fits into the caloric range you are shooting for and what type of diet you are on.

red meat is dense which is why it is used for bulking

What does the density of the food have to do with whether or not it's good for bulking or cutting?

Dextrose is probably much less dense than steak, but that doesn't make it good for cutting.

i agree with =w= answer, though on why ddc was saying it was bad b/c all of the saturated fat, when cutting this is not good at all b/c this nutrient is the hardest for the body to burn off.
