Hey all, I'm on a cutting Cycle right now, and today I found some protein chips at the gym,Now I think these would be a good snack for times when i'm at school or at work, the thing is there soy protein chips and I've heard Men shouldn't consume alot of soy products, these chips have about 8g - 10g of protein in them, also add to the fact that I put about 16g's of soy protein in my bedtime shake, so would about about 30g - 50g of your protein source coming from soy be bad for a 230lb male??
