How much sleep while on cycle??

Im thinking of a happy medium where I can get max recovery while not dipping into the calorie / protein bank I consume before bedtime.
Also, since the AAS and HGH I feel alot more drained later in the day, possibly because of all the eating and increased workout intensity....

So what kinda sleep hours do you guys shoot for?
 
everyones body is different. Some people require more or less...i suggest that you just pay attention to yuor body...it willl let you know if you need more sleep. Personally i can make it with 6 or 7 butif trying to hit the gym hard i normally need 8
 
its a rarity i get to do 12 anymore. but being on aas i could easily do 14 if i iwere single:biggrin: . usually i gett 6-9

14? fuck that noise:biggrin: I do listen to my body as others stated. If I wake up early and feel good like I dont wanna sleep more I go into work and get overtime. If I feel like sleeping longer then I do. Same with going to the gym I used to try and cram it in and go 4 or 5 days straight now I usually go 2 on 1 off. I just listen to how I feel, if I feel like im tired and rundown I dont go then tomorrow im better
 
On AAS, the more sleep I get, the better I feel. I rarely get more than 8 hours though because of my schedule. But when I do, it's great. My average night is 6 hours of sleep and I wakeup once or twice in between. But those 8 hours nights I feel wonderful. Any more than that really makes me feel perfect throughout my day. I wish I could get more sleep...darn girlfriend and work
