how much protien intake while on/off

guys how much protein do you take in a day while on a cycle and how much per meal?????? to much protien is no good. but how much is right 2g/lb of body weight? i even been told 3 grams.

now how much protein per day per meal while off, not on anything? thanks so much guys i am getting ready to do another one and want it to be the best ;-)
 
1.5 - 2 grams per pound of bodyweight is enough. the 3 gram range i would say can only be used efficiently at the elite level of drug use as the large amounts of steroid make it possible to utilize all the extra protein.
 
I try to stay consistent on or off with 1.5 grams/lb. I believe your body can absorb around 50 - 60grams per meal.
 
everybody's diffrent. It depends on your metabolism, how many carbs you get ed, and how hard you train. With that said I like protein in 2g per lbs. of bodyweight range.
 
Off for bulking--- 1g per lb of bodyweight

Off for cutting--- 1.3-1.5g per lb of bodyweight

On for bulking or cutting--- Minimum 1.5g up to 2g
