B Beezers New member Aug 2, 2001 #3 I'm 250 and take in 470g a day. That's 1.88g/lb. I'm always on so my protein intake is the same regardless. In the final stages of a diet it has to come down however in order to create the caloric deficit needed to get all the fat off.
