One more question

How in the H-E-double hockey sticks can a person get 2 grams of protein per lb of bodyweight a day??? 2 lbs of red meat only has about 200 depending on the cut, and 2 damn lbs of meat is an awful friggin lot!!!! Crikey!!!!!!!
