I am 5'10, weigh 157 pounds and want to gain muscle size.
I work out 4 times a week.
I drink Whey protein with a mass gainer formula twice a day. (that is, 2 proteins, 2 mass gainers).
I calculated my protein intake to be rougly around 200 grams.
IS THIS ENOUGH for sufficient gains. If not, what should i be aiming at?
