how much protein?

I am 5'10, weigh 157 pounds and want to gain muscle size.
I work out 4 times a week.
I drink Whey protein with a mass gainer formula twice a day. (that is, 2 proteins, 2 mass gainers).

I calculated my protein intake to be rougly around 200 grams.


IS THIS ENOUGH for sufficient gains. If not, what should i be aiming at?

it probably is enough, If your carb and fat intake is high enough too, otherwise the protein will be burned as energy.

The rule of thumb for protein intake is 1-2g protein per lb. of bodyweight, so you fall right inbetween there.
