How much Protein post W/O shake?

Just wondering how many grams of protien you guys take Post-w/o shake?

I take in about 70-75 grams.


Do you guys increase it when "on"?

i have two scoops of whey with a pint of milk then my tea about 20 mins later.i eat like a horse when i get back from work-love food love it!
 
You know what I mean... why try to choke down as much as you can in one sitting. There's no need to take 100-150g post w/o.
 
I usually take in around 220 grams everyday while on. That includes one protein shake after I lift. At 25 grams. The rest is in eggs and chicken with some tuna in there. You don't want your protein to mainly come from shakes.
 
My carbon unit do not absorb more than 40-50 grams at once.
 
Assuming you take your protein/dextrose shake within 10 minutes after your workout, how long do you guys wait to eat your actual pwo meal?? And what do you have in it??

Many of my meals have 100mg protein. Quite easy.....two cans of tuna, protein bar with shake, whole chicken, etc. It is difficult for some to digest appropriately.

You should be looking at replenishing your glyc. rather than pro.

Bumpin dbbt......I agree. My focus is on glycogen stores immediately post workout as well. 80 g Carbs (from either cell tech or phosphagen HP) with about 30-40 g Pro. Then one hour later I'll eat another meal with 50-60 g Pro.
