there are studies that back my statement but i don't feel like finding them again.
mr x might try to disprove it...at that point i'll go find a few

Please provide me w/ studies say that ALL PROTEINS IN HUMANS are DIGESTED AT 30-40g at a time. I'd love to see it....if you can, I'll eat my house.

DITTO!! Some 150 lb. geek won't assimilate as much as a 275 lb. monster. That's only 1 of MANY myriads of factors.

I split my intake up over 8-9 meals. Never higher than 70g in a sitting which is the PW shake. I take r-ala, 1g Vit C, 2 scoops Gplenish, and 1.5-2 gallons of water everyday.Mr.X said:
I don't think it's possible to judge a protein intake limit, but if you take certain steps to prevent problems you should be fine:
Daily intake:
Cranberry extract
Ala (Glucorell-R)
Glutamine Peptides
Vit C
2 gallons of water

Totally irrelivant. Most bodybuilders and atheletes uses drugs that increase protien sythesis. So information that does not take that into account is worthless. Non-atheletes have no reason to take in large amounts of protien, so finding an upper limit for them is also worthless in practice. Who does that leave to benefit from your "infromation"? No one.

not every athlete take drugs.

All serious one's do. Sorry, but the idea that one can plays sports on a serious competative level without being a lab rat, is at best wishful thinking.
Bear in mind that being highly active increase the rate of digestion and the absorbsion of nutrients eaten. Thus atheletic individuals would be able to absorb more protien, and at a faster rate, than sedentary individuals.

bro,
in all honesty. you take drugs.... right? are you a pro? no! if anything genetics play a bigger role than drugs do. and from looking at those pics the the drugs aren't working for you.

btw...OXANDRIN, personal shots at how other people look are not going to win you any argument. I take them offensively especially when it's against another member of the board; next time I'll just start editing your post - please try to not take any argument to an insult level.

BodyByFinaplix said:OXADRIN, you obviously don't realize what the average steroid user looks like, and how can you tell what I look like from old pictures. I'm currently 5'9" 215 9-10% bf, and have been working out just under 4 years. I don't think I'm doing too bad, should I be 250 at 5% bf at this point? Maybe I need to throw in some hgh and insulin. Thank you for pointing out that I am way behind schedule.
