whats my minumin dose of primo?
30 yo 5'11
245 easy gainer
16% BF
Looking to harden up with some quality size.

IMO if you run it at <500mg /week, it is a waste.

Winny and var are both 17aa based... it will be a very tough cycle on your liver and I do not reccomend it.
