How much primo?

I'm lookng at possibly doing a prolonged primo cycle, looking for slow and steady keepable gains with little amount of sides. I've heard of people taking 1-300mg and possibly even more of primo a week and having no sides, including little or no shutdown of the boys, both of which sound great to me ;). Also, I would probably run nolva throughout the cycle cause I don't htink i've stopped taking it for the past 2 years, when i first started taking it. 20-40mg a day, do you think that would help prevent shutdown?
so for all of you primo guys out there:

Have any of you used a low dose of primo and experienced little or no shutdown?

How much did you use? for how long? Anything else to add?

You'll still get some shutdown even at lower primo dosages. Primo is not effective at low doses, and if you look at value vs. gains you will not be getting much from 300mgs per week.

I would suggest 400mgs of test prop/wk + 400-600mgs of primo/wk as a moderate cycle.
 
When I was younger (like 19) I used to do primo only cycles at 300-400mgs ew for about 8 or 10 weeks atr a time. I didnt know much back then but I could definately tell a change in hardness, not so much strength though. The good thing about primo which most people know is it works well on low-calorie diet which can benefit the person looking to gain some lean muscle. Primo is great for this. Also I didnt experience any shutdown with primo only cycles and did not even do pct.

If your looking to do a primo only cycle, and yeah I know its expensive, I would do it for, at a minimum, 600mgs ew for 12 weeks. Most people run proviron with primo only cycles. But at higher doses I would probably run a mild pct....some nolva should cover it.

That's about right. I was only thinking that he's going on a prolonged cycle so maybe 400 would be good but you're right he needs another compound and more primo to be worth doing.
 
i tested primo at 400mgs a week for little over a month and I gained 10 pounds with little sides. I have to say though, the following 2 weeks of primo enth, i was shut down pretty good, not as bad (nutz about 1/2 the size), but came back within 4 weeks time. I like primo a lot, and I would love to run it a little heavier, but it's a great choice. I'd love to run it with eq :)

So 400mgs/week shut you down pretty good, bro?
 
Primo works great if you're taking some other things along with it: Winny, Test susp., Var. Works better if you're using it for cutting.
 
My spring cutter is going to be

Primo 600mg week
Test E 250mg week
Var 50mg week

Probably run it 10-12 weeks

yeah, i was a bit surprised. But it took a while before it shut me down. I bet if you worked out to get where you wanted to be, then ran primo at a low dose like 100-200 a week, you'd be alright..
 
In the words of Phil Hernon "primo is for girls" . By that I think he ment that it is a very mild anabolic. I would use a dose of at least 500mg EW, but thats my opinion and you know what they say about opinions and certian body part. :)
 
As much as you can afford - within reason :P

My last run was 700mg weekly with test prop, 1g next with var and proviron :)
