How much potassium with Clen?

I'm hittin two weeks of clen only to give me a quick jump on burning off some fat before my cycle satrs for summer. I have Twinlab Potassium which has 99mg per capsule (35% USRDA). How much should I be taking each day?

1.5 - 3 grams of potassius

but make sure you are taking 3-5 grams of Taurine first before you start to add the potassium. this should clear up any cramps you may be having.
