I'm on creatine and cramp like crazy, so I bought a bottle of potassium tabs @ 99mg which, according to Macro is the legal max. That's only a measly 3% of the USRDA, though...
That aside, how many should I take to avoid or reduce cramping?
Try staying hydrated instead. If thats not the problem, save your money and just eat bananas. Taking potassium supplements is dangerous. Thats why the tablets are such small doses.
