Hey guys I'm on a Clen/t3 stack right now. And I have been taking my taurine and potassium gluconate. But I'm still getting cramps and ALL my muscles hurt all the time. They feel like I totally killed them in the gym even if I didn't workout that body part. So question is...how many mgs do I need to take of my potassium? Each pill is 99mg. I'm taking around 3-400 mg. that too low? Was just kinda hesitant because too much potassium can cause serious problems even death. So please help me out. Any info or experience would really be appreciated! Thanks a lot.
