How much Phentermine?

I see they make 15, 30 and 37.5mg caps. Is it one a day? I'll probably go for the 37.5 caps, just wonhdering how much I should buy.

Also, is it something that I need to take for a while before seeing results or should I start noticing results within a week or so?

Get the 37.5mgs, take 1/2 a tab in the AM, to get a feel for how your body will react to it, take another 1/2 in the afternoon, not later than 2 or 3, unless you want to be up all night. After a week bump it up to 1 tab in the AM, if you feel the effects going away in the afternoon take another....again, not later than 2 or 3. I took this for a month with Synthroid (T4) and got better results than ECA stacked with T3.

I think fen works for some people and does nothing for others. It worked for me, but I know of honest bros that say it did nothing. I think it works great. You will notice the effects right away...at the end of the day think back at how much you ate that day, for me it always amazes me (how little I ate yet I was never hungry). I sometimes forget to eat. I will be huntin' down some pondimin to see how it works. Side note: fen will make some girls who take it a little psycho after a few weeks. so watch the girlfriends carefully when they are on it.
