Okay whenever I cook chicken or beef, how much oil should I be using to cook it?
The main chef of the house wants to do stir fry beef and veggies for a big dinner we're having. What should I do in this situation? I would rather eat grilled chicken, but in this case I dont have much chioce. Should I just skip the meat and go for the steamed broccoli? The cook is also making ham. How good is that for me? Should I stay away from pork and just stick to lean chicken and beef?
