im already on cycle, and today is off day and im dieting to loose weight, i just need to go food shopping tomorrow thats the only reason why i havent been able to get in 2000cal today and only today, i dont change anything as far as diet wise on cycle or off cycle. just depends what my goals are to either take in more cals or less but i always eat clean.
im only asking this question because everyone has a different answer but i figured 20mg for 6 weeks would be the way to go, ive read 50,40,40,30,20,20
and other crap and im trying to figure out whats the best way.
