gotta friend running test and eq for 10 weeks


test = 500 mg a week
eq = 400 mg a week


use maybe 40 mg ED of nolvadex when gyno symptoms appear?

any imput will be nice

40mg when symptoms appear for a couple weeks, then down to 20mg will do nicely, 10mg ed for the duration of the cycle will probably keep it at bay altogether
