How much muscle have you gained

I started at 6'4" 170 in '99. Got up to 265 natural but high bf about 10 months ago. At that point i tried to loose bfat natty and did quite well, but also did a good job of doing too much cardio and lost some hard earned muscle. So I had to stop the cardio and start EATING again. Started juice weighing about 260-263lbs. and again had gained not as much bfat but still was high...taking gear i started eating really strict, very little cheating or getting off of the diet...I got down to 248lbs at the leanest bfat I've ever had just this past cycle. So, on gear I gained approx. 10-15 muscle and lost 15-20 fat. Remember it's how you look at the end of your cycle, don't look at the scale to measure your success mainly, look in the mirror.
what did you do to get from 170 to 265? Eat excessive? no cardio? Curious.....

Yomama, yes I'm a shorty I admit. I used to say I was 5'4", then when I was 22 I measured myself again for my driver's liscense renewal and apparently I'm 5'5" even. I'm used to it by now, people still think I'm taller b/c I don't have a "short-guy" build, I have a very symmetrical build, just shorter. Plus, it means when I weigh only 200lbs I still look freakin' HUGE :) Out of curiousity, what exactly made you think I was much taller? Something I said?

Started training when I was 14yo at around 130lb... today I stepped on the scales at 224.

In 12 years of bbing I've gained 90lbs. In that time I've done two cycles - one 8 weeks of Dbol and one sust & Dbol that I started 3 weeks ago.

It became my goal to get huge...period. My whole life I'd been a skinny ass tall guy and after my college baseball career in pitching ended, I turned to weights as my new passion. I studied, read, and did those two over and over and asked tons of people at the gym their opinions. To be honest, my caloric intake back them was outrageous. It was the see food diet. However, I knew how much protein I needed and always made sure I had that covered. I devoured high calorie weight gain shakes like a mofo. Day in and day out. Lifted 4 days a week. And ate and ate and ate. NO CARDIO. My metabolism was and is so high that i had a hard enough time putting on lbs. the cardio would push me in the wrong direction. I lifted hard and consistent, just like I do now. When you eat the way I did, and lift correctly and rest, anyone in the world could put on mass. 170 became 180, 180 became 190, 190 became 200 (what a day that was, finally 200) then story goes on up lbs wise quite a bit in the next year. Once i started to see the obvious pattern of positive results, I kept on doing what I'd been doing.
I had various people in gyms ask me what kind of juice I was on. I laughed and never said I'd do that stuff :p But it was true i wasn't using then. My gym owner, ex bodybuilder juice fanatic, swore I was on juice the way my body was changin. 5000 calories a day is what I'm pretty sure was a everyday range. From '99 to 10 months ago, I did try to lean down about 5 times. Each time coming back a little leaner. While I'd never drink a 1000 calorie weight gain shake these days, I highly recommend anyone who looks like a toothpick to start drinking these 3 X daily

I was thinking about maybe switching my PW shake of gluc. and whey to a fat MRP, like myoplex that still has some fast carbs in it as well. Thoughts?

Well I used to take the Myoplex Deluxe, only bad thing was that there is only 25g carbs and 40g protein, like 300 calories. So, I used to throw in some Phophagen HP with it for some dex. Used to be able to get Myo 42 pack for like $48 shipped, now I just used Optimum Nutrtion 10lbs bag 100% Whey and Cell Tech or HP

I went from about 120lbs to 176lbs in about 10 months from a solid diet and training, and then I went from 176-205lbs with gear all in about a 14 month period. :chomp:

Nlarge 2 works good for me and doesnt leave me bloated like Myoplex Sport---

I'm currenlty natural weighing in at 266.2lbs, but I must admit that my years of gear abuse got me to this level. I Find in the offseason you don't need much gear to get you big since you in an anabolic state from eating so many calories.

I first started gear when i weighed 180lbs 10 years ago. Now I squat 451lbs, Deadlift 528lbs and bench 341lbs after being off the gear for 6 years
