how much muscle can we keep ?

assuming ( big what if but... ) that I have reached my genetic limit and keep my calories up, training up, what percentage of muscle that is gained by gear should be expected to remain ? If I weigh 195 and am pretty solid but am not gaining any more natural, what should I expect to keep after a test cycle saying I gained around 20 lbs in a 12 wk cycle. Ok, Ok, I know so many variables , Training right ? eating right ? stats etc... I guess I dont want to think that I will have to continue to do cycles after I have gained a lot of muscle. I know a lot of bros do, but I would like to become a BIG guy and after the cycles, be able to maintain the majority. Is it a dream ?

Granted you dont run an anti-a some of that 20lbs is going to be water, so you can expect to loose at least some weight. Do your pct right keep your calories up and train, eat, sleep.

There was a similar post regarding gentic limits and maintaining gains from AS usage.... last week I think?... try to dig it up. I think the key to maintaing your gains has alot to do with well planned out PCT.

i think if you have lifted for 5 years or so hard. eat right
after steroids use you can probably hold on to 30 extra lbs.
I am not saying you will get that all in 1 cycle and keep it.. but i think your body can hold on to that much extra. if you eat right and keep lifting..

I look at all the pro BB that stop like dorian yates ect and it looks like they never juiced. If they can't keep it then who can.

well these guys were on for years. and it was there whole life.
1st of all i would guess most of them cut way down on the lifting and they just are not 100% into.. now.

plus they were holding way more muscle then their genetic potential.
like 100lbs or more. ha.. and there nuts are probably all fucked up.

it is just different you cant compare to these guys..

yeah, very difficult to compare to yates and the pros. I know that pct will always have to be in order but curious if it is indeed possible to "hang on " to say 20 to 30 lbs over your genetic limit after you run two or three cycles and do everything right ? OR, will I probably be required to hit the gear every 12 to 18 months or so to assure that I maintain my weight ?

Sorry, I will look for the post of the same nature. I havent been on here too much the last few weeks, thanks for everyones input. I think this is something that we should all be concerned about. :)

After a few years I think you would be back to where you were before you ever cycled. I can't see you holding an extra 20 pounds for that long.
