clen or eca is about the same. if you add T3 then it'll double what you lose, BUT T3 is rough stuff. you should do some serious research before you try it.
I lost probably 2 lbs of fat a week while taking in about 4000 cal/day on a Deca & Anavar cycle. I like clen better for sleeping reasons. If you take ephedrine too late, you'll be up until it wears off. I didn't get that from clen.

I was taking 100 mcg of clen versus about 90 mg of ephedrine. When it came to fat loss I've done clen only and eca only and I got the same results. Although, I ran T3 on top for a little while and it really started to come off, but I didn't get much muscle growth during that time. Plus I was sweating like a pig 24/7.
