How much MILK

does everyone drink? With this BRILIANT low carb milk (3g of sugar, 3 g of carbs, 0 fat, 12g of protein) that just came out, I'm toppoing out over 1/2 gallon a day..........what a great source of protein and cheap too..........maybe we should ALL be slamming a gallon+!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's cheaper than whey..............

Fermented dairy products, like yogurts, are, IMHO, better:

Less lactose and taste better

But I have not yet tried the BRILIANT low carb milk

ITS BRILLIANT.........lol......taste just like reg. skim, although I've only put it in my shakes.......at 12g / cup, you can't beat it...low sugar low carbs...low lactose.........

2 gallons for 5 bucks? Where? Safeway sells it for 3.50 a 1/2 gallon. Hook us up with a place to buy it for 2 gallons for 5 bucks and I'll be buying it by the case.

every grocery around...no where special..........there's a small mom and pops that has it for 2/$5, but all the groceries carry it.....I'll send you some.....lol
