Yes, thats correct.
.5ml is .5mg.
1CC is 1mg.

My bottle says 1mg/ml and its a 30ml bottle, and theres a dropper inside. So if i want to take .5mg do i need to fill a syringe to .5 ml??? This is what i have been doing but i just read something on another site and it confused me. Thanks for the input..
