How much Liqui-Exem

Cycle:

1g Test/Wk
400mg Deca/wk
4 IU HGH/day
10mg nolvadex/day


Problem:

Unusually high water retention this time around and I have done cycles as above with far less bloat.


Solution?

I picked up some liqui-exemestane but how much should I do?

(I did a board search and opinions vary - espically when mixed with other aniti-e's)
