how much is too much ??

im sure most of us have goals when it comes to that particular size or figure that you want and Im sure a lot of you have gotten there already. Now the question is this. Once you got where you wanted to be was it hard to say that's it for me. Or were you so into it by that time and just kept on getting bigger and bigger. I'm sure not everyone here wants to be the full out massive bodybuilder. Some just want to have that AF model look , some just want to cut up and some just want that extra bit of weight.
Yhere do you guys stand?
 
My goal is to be the full out massive bodybuilder right now. When my bodybuilding career is over Ill change.
Afterwards I know genetically where my body is comfortable and looks good. Right around 230 I sit pretty naturally when I am clean for along period of time and not working out hard.

i love the lean look not huge but cut and toned, bitches be loving it lmao
 
each time i reach it i want another 10lbs, i duno when itll stop 5'10 220 right now. wanted 200, then 210, then 220, since im going to be cuttin the next goal for bulkin is going to be 230 but with an emphasis on my legs, arms, and rear delts while training to bring up weaker points

If you want the AF model look, try the diet forum. Too many people are using steroids where all they need is diet, training and cardio. :coffee:
 
whatever is going to get you the most tail. i mean the puseta that you want. if you hang around bb competitions then you may want to get huge if not i think most women just want a six pack and some decent size. i think 5.10 200 pounds 7%-8% BF is a pretty good look for the average guy. it isn't easy to atain without hard work, i mean if you have a regular working mans job and limited training time. i mean look at the stats. most countries the obesity rate is climbing. if you hit 7-8% bodyfat and have some muscle you will be pulling sreious tail, and isn't that the ultimate goal.

still makes things easier. and shortens the time.
this is bad?

but doing them to just get really big is ok.

and dont do oral only cyles. but you can take an oral and and inj and it is ok. ??
