how much ip winny to take

how much of their 50mg pills should i take and for how long stacked with fina?

3 days later hit clomid

Ip supposed to be high quality stuff altough I've heard some people don't care for it,I have never "used" it.

Up the dosage if you can handle it. Your joints will be killing you at 50mg/day most likely, so 100mg/day would be insane, IMO. But, the price IS right...

Stick with 50mg a day..25 in the am and 25 in the pm... 100 a day was murder on my friends joints......

What is reccomended for the joint pain? I know you can use deca, but I will be doing fina w/ my winny, so cant go w/ the deca.......what about glucosamine/chondroiton mix?

I would take a 200mg celebrex capsule if you have access to it.
Works great for joint and muscle pains(offlabel indications).

I did 100mg.ED for 6 weeks or so to try out those winny's and I loved it. Was close to starting with glucosamine chondroitin for the joints, but never got around to it. I'd say run the fina a little longer if you can, and if you can take it, go with the fina ED.
