my stats 6'3" 265 15% BF give or take

Growth has never done much for me, maybe, I have lost weight, and maybe my diet was better,


All the cosmetic stuff it is supposed to do, never noticed any of that.

I don't know it if was a intial never saw the scale go up when I started it but when I dropped it lost 12lbs in a week most of which I am sure was water.
