How much HGH?

Hi All,

Getting ready for my next cycle and I was wondering how much HGH should I take. Here are my stats
6'00" 235 12%bf 36yrs old training for 20 years taken just about everything.

I want to be 235 8% hard as nails. Was thinking of 4i.u. A/D with some anadrol and EQ. I have 600 i.u. of hgh and I want to take it for about 6 months. IS 4 i.u. A/D enough?

Thats right between where you simply get fat loss to where it actually has a noticble effect on muscle building. If on cycle 4 would be pretty good. Im runnin a 6iu. I think you should try 4 and go up to 5 iu later. Def do atleast 6 months on 5iu... youll be thanking me!

4iu/day is a good dose. I use 6iu but I did very well on 4iu a few years ago

4 is plenty. I do fine with just 2.

Are u supposed to split the dosage in one day?
