Dont know how to post a poll.. but this will be good enough... have u gained:
1) 0-10 lbs
2) 11-21 lbs
3) 21-30 lbs
4) 31-40 lbs
5) 41- 50 lbs
6) 50 +

this should be pretty interesting to see. have fun :supercool

start a poll dude!!

about 25 pounds of lean muscle for me in 2 years of hard kick ass training, tons of money on gear/supps, and more pain and discipline than anything else in life..

still.. WELL worth it!

Four years at 1-2 cycles per year:
30 pounds solid. Well worth it in terms of my personal life. I've heard in several of my Exercise Science classes that if you can maintain your muscle mass for six months, you have a really good chance of keeping it.

i wouldn't mind getting 65 lbs .. i'd be up to 285.. now that would be SAWEET

One cycle. 212 to 225-230 (fluctuated) wasnt comfortable so I dropped some and will bulk a bit cleaner for the next one. I like breathing, LOL

Stand about 220 right now, barely fitting into XXL tees.

30lbs here in two years but with a bit of bf, i'm doing for mass so i'm been eating like a horse that's why I got a bit of fat, as well nothing major

so your first cycle you only gained 8 lbs??

2.5 years and 25 lbs of solid mass. I would like another 10 solid and then I would stop???????????????? :worried:

I put on almost 20 and wasnt comfortable so I lost weight ON PURPOSE. I was 212 at like 14-16%BF and now Im like 220 11-12%sBF. I was wearing a baggy XL tee with a higher BF. Now XXL are kinda snug. I'll take that.

lol ... i am goin to start my first cycle when im around 230.. i am 215- 218 now , took a few weeks off to rest, lost some water weight. so i hope to gain at least 25 lbs of lean muscle mass... i just want to break the 250 mark...
im in college and i want to gain the senior 60

Over 50lbs in 4 years. At my heaviest I was actually 70lbs up but holding tons of water. I'll probably put on another 15-20 after new years, and come into summer competition season around 185 at 5'5".

The lightest I actualy remember weighing when I was in my late teens early 20s was 180lbs. THe highest i have ever weighed was 227lbs. I am sitting now at 205 contemplating if I should hit another cycle up soon. My problem is that I like to travel. I went to a 3 month surfing trip from Nicaragua to Panama 4 years ago, and lost all size I had. Came back and started up again. Misc Injuries have put me back a few months in some cases which caused me to loose gains as well. Now, this January I am going backpacking in South America for 5 months. So I plan to loose a lot of mass all over again. Eating beans and rice, and not training for 5 months will take a nice little toll on you. THis is a very frustrating thing to grasp, (kinda like 1 stip forward, and 2 steps back), but its something that I have weighed out the odds and want to do with my life right now. Trust me .. I have even thought of jabbing while down there, and trying to pop into a gym twice a week for a full body workout just for maintenance, but I know that it would just never happen. If I havent had any of these gaps in my life and training, I feel pretty confident that I would be sitting at, and holding a good 220lbs right now. But hey .. you gotta live life a little right??? lol.

10-15 lbs of muscle in 5- 6 years of cycling, have not been to gym in 5-6 months because of illness, I am 54, and still get asked about lifting, how often I work out, etc,

Starting back at the gym this month and will be doing a cycle by March 2005

Know exactly what you mean bro. Constant travelling, adventures, and lots of real life business just sometimes get in the way. You either have to sacrifice a bit (or a large part) of your life in order to look a certain way or accept being more "normal" but still have a life lol.

True bro ... its all about finding a happy medium. I would be pretty happy with my physique I am sure If I hadnt taken these little excursions, and I know if I didnt leave this year for my trip that this summer I could be in excellent shape, especially seeing as how now I really feel I am much better at controlling my diet and cycling and training ... but at the same time if I didnt take any of these long excursions I would probably be one miserable prick! :chomp: lol .. They have been the best times of my life. Fair trade off in my mind.

Started training i weighed 185 at 6'3. Within 3 years of cycling i reached 275lbs. NOw with all said and done i can maintain a 230-240lb weight no problems. So i guess about 50-60 lbs.

Instant muscle, nothing impressive since I don't powerlift anymore. Bench is around 335 for 4-5 reps on cycle, squat about 425 for 5. At a bodyweight of around 190 for those lifts. Not sure what I'd be able to lift at over 200lbs, but I'll find out after new years, thanks to a gram of test :)

come on , are u guys scared to post how little u gained? or if u lost? haha jk.. just want some more posts thats all... bbbbbump uniit

Its quite obvious that if you dont continually work hard to keep the muscle you have gained, your body will want to naturally go back to its normal genetic state. Its a full time job to continually keep growing, or even maintaining your new found slabs of meat past your genetic potential.
