I forgot how many of these I take a day. Best of my memory tells me between 4-5 a day. Is that in the ballpark? Using them 4 weeks out, all the way up to the day of the show. Thanks, A

30 mgs a day sounds about right. Hell if the Tren Ace doesn't make me an A-Hole or fry my liver, then the Halo should Huh! Actually It never really messed with me that bad when I used it last. However that Chalk Test sure did! Thank you! A

Yea,i would definitely recommend staying under 40 mg a day on it. In fact,halo is probably one of the reasons i shy away from orals. 40mg a day is too much(for me),though i'm not sure what a sensible amount is-maybe 20-30?

I like it, but I need to take more next time. 20 mgs wasn't too powerful, but I'm already pretty strong. Next time I'll probably do 40 mgs.

if i was to take 8 tabs a day which are 2.5 mgs a tab comes out to 20mgs a day how should i take these tabs all at once or what please help me out thanks!
